As part of the Verizon Business team at MRM//McCann, I contributed to a range of initiatives focused on translating complex, technical information into clear, engaging experiences for enterprise audiences.

My work spanned print, large-scale reports, digital experiences, and video content-supporting the development of cohesive, accessible communication across multiple touch points.

The Challenge

Enterprise communication is inherently complex, often dense, technical, and difficult to navigate. The challenge was to create clarity within that complexity-making information easier to navigate while maintaining accuracy, depth, and trust, and delivering communication that felt structured, accessible, and engaging for a business audience.

My Role

I worked as an Art Director within a cross-functional team, shaping the visual design of large-scale enterprise communications. Day to day, I built layout systems, structured complex content into clear visual frameworks, and partnered with strategists, writers, producers, and designers to deliver cohesive, visually compelling communication across digital and print touchpoints.

The Approach

The work centered on building cohesion within an established brand system. Working within Verizon's strong visual guidelines, I focused on maintaining consistency while elevating each piece through thoughtful hierarchy and visual systems. With content that was often dense and technical, the approach was to make it more engaging and approachable-using bold visuals and structured design to bring clarity and visual interest to complex information. At the same time, the work needed to resonate on a human level, even within a B2B space-creating communication that felt intuitive, considered, and engaging while maintaining the professionalism and trust of the brand.

Impact

The work supported the communication of high-impact industry initiatives spanning mobile security, 5G innovation, and critical infrastructure, including advancements in first responder connectivity and emerging autonomous technologies. By translating complex information into clear, structured communication, the work made these developments more accessible and actionable for enterprise audiences-helping shape understanding around technologies influencing real-world systems and everyday life.
